By accessing or using FollowUp CRM ("Service") at dealfollowup.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
FollowUp CRM is a web-based customer relationship management tool designed for real estate agents and small agencies. The Service allows users to store leads, track lead status, add notes, and set follow-up reminders.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial expires, a one-time payment of $79 is required to continue using the Service. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FollowUp CRM and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FollowUp CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
